what are your objectives at Vengeance Studios ?

> To make mods and more for tribes 1 and 2, make mods that
everyone likes,
and have fun doing it =)

at Vengeance Studios , u work on few differents MODs,
how many for Tribes 2 ?

> we have almost all of the ideas for most mods done so
far, so when we begin
coding it wont take gast
we have gotten no help from dynamix for TR, we have had
contact with
Dave G. for a tribes 2 interview but thats all

> well Tierian Revolution was planned to become a tribes
1 mod, we did a lot
of the weapons then decided to do it in tribes 2
yes we plan to make one mod, then go onto another one,
after a few mods
we do an update/bug check of all mods and release new
versions
then continue with more mods

how many people did u plan to dedicate to TR developpement

> out of the 37 people on the team, we try to get as many
people involved
as possible, and equal out the work as well

> yes, but everyone does something, its actually in the
rules =)

is there yet a lead mapper for TR ?

about the armors and weapons , many improvements ?
he actual weapons are planned for t2 too ?

> the weapons are great from what i saw in our T1 version,
great effects etc..

but abour the armors
did u yet plan somethin about differents classes ?

the armors work so the game becomes well balanced

your mod will be server-side only ?

can we expect some cool sounds and extra features , on
the-client side ?

> a jump jet infantry flies around and shoots at snipers,
but get taken out
with heavy infantrys rocket launcher
the mods will be client side only

so the jetpack is always on the course

> yes each armor gets a jet pack, slightly weaker than light

what about the vehicles ? are u plan to make some changes
on too ?

> we will have some fun with vehicles =) with the addition
of ground
vehicles etc... we will do a lot of those
some missions they may be needed, some missions may not
have them

> yes, we havnt thought to much about them, but they will

other T1 mods ?

> each armor has a pack that proves very useful to him,
we may have some regular
packs like cloaking pack from t2

to make u as a chameleon
yes cloaking pack is fun

> we are going through so many ideas with those and right
now that i dont know
what we are doing
we arent gonna have a huge amount
but we will have enough to have some fun with them =)

about the gameplay, will it be teamplay only oriented
or somethin'

are u plan for a Multiplayer MOD only, or can we expect
some "solo" campaigns ?

> Dark Viper and myself really want some solo campaigns,
we have to wait to
see how to do them, if we are to do solo campaigns though,
that will be
another mod most likely

in this case ?
everyone is awaiting the Bots from T2

the AI system to evaluate the way to follow is very impressive
yeah i've heard that too, and about
the habilities they will have to take
place in vehicles

in which delays can we expect a TR release , after T2
will be out ?

> well when t2 comes out we are giving all of vengeance
about a month to get
used to the game and baisic code, after that we are gonna
start working

ok so maybe a beta few months after..?

> we hope to get TR done in a few weeks, so about a month
and a half after T2
is released

official date is about 31 march 2001 i think
