This interview is simply intended to give a progress report on the development
of MOD SG1

What is the status of the progress? Are you ready to begin coding on Tribes
2?

right now, the mod is going very good. For example, we have all the weapons
for the Beta 1, all skinned and
modelled (except some for the Goa'ulds)
<+Hermengilles_334> And, the Jaffa's model will be skinned very
soon and so for the 2 vehicles models

Do you work at this time ? or like other mods teams, you await Tribes
2 release?

I've contacted Dave and he told me that he could'nt help us like they
help SF:T2, because SG1 got copyrights
and they don't want to get in troubles with Stargate producer.

2 looks, before changing anything

about the vehicles, do u think that realism and special effects will be
there , or do u plan to make a
gameplay more "Arcade" oriented ?
<+Hermengilles_334> It depends, for Humans's vehicles, physics will
be here but for Goa'ulds ones it wont be the same thing.

will be in the form of grenades) with Tribes 2 engine

the hardest thing is already done, for the models and the ideas, but we
mustn't forget that coding still the
bigger part

her

humans must destroy a Goa'uld temple (this is only an example :) et the
Goa'ulds would have to destroy
something on Earth

go through the gate and to continue

you don't have to put 2 maps, just make a link that will load the next

screenplay

and for the Beta ?
<+Hermengilles_334> public Beta, yes, we will choose almost 30 persons,
not more
